We are based in the UK and all items are shipped using Royal Mail (unless item is too big to post this way).

If you require your item insured or signed for then please request that before paying. We hold no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. Please ask if you require insurance.

If you are from outside the UK then please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.

Sending your item(s)

 

All items will be sent out within 24 hours of payment being received

(not including Sunday's and Bank Holidays) unless we advise otherwise.

If there is a problem with sending your item(s) we will inform you as soon as possible.

Currently Paypal is the only form of payment accepted.

 

Collect in person

 

If you live close to Berkshire and would like to collect your item(s) then that is fine with us! Just give us a ring and will arrange a time for you to collect.
